内容記述 The purpose of this paper is to define a concept that adequately captures nature of leadership that emerges through a situation involving reflexive dialogues between individuals and a given community they belong to. For this purpose, a fictional film entitled "Then Drama Starts" was studied. In the first analysis, relying on the Legitimate Periphery Participation (LPP) approach, an attempt was made to analyze a transformation of a leader's conduct and the circumstances that changed with it. Through the analysis, a trajectory is demonstrated whereby the main character in the film gradually grew to attain a leadership position as she alters her own behaviors, or was subject to alter them through various situations. In the second analysis, an approach is adopted that focuses on dialogue, which employs Bakhtin's dialogism, and the 'Transparency Analysis' is carried out as a means to capture each community member's visibility and invisibility. Through this analysis, I demonstrate the viability of the concept, "Time Generated Response," which allows us to explain: 1) how the main character visualized her 'forthcoming time nature'; and 2) the state in which she emerged as a leader by convincingly demonstrating her 'forthcoming time nature' to her peers in the drama group. As a result of the two analyses, a concept is framed called "Leadership Presence" as a means to effectively study leadership.
