2020年以降、全世界でパンデミックとなったコロナウイルスの感染拡大は、社会経済に多大な影響を及ぼしたと同時に、大学における学生のボランティア活動の継続や活動のあり方にも変化をもたらした。本稿では、コロナ禍とされる非常事態の期間中、シビックエンゲージメントセンター事業の一つとして開始した学生ボランティア活動である、カンボジアとのオンラインによる日本語レッスンの実践の実施内容について報告を行う。また、本活動を通して、カンボジア側と学生側の相互に生起した影響に基づき、学生の異文化理解に対する自己認識やボランティア活動の捉え方の変化といった気づきについて述べ、コロナ禍で実践した学生のボランティア活動に対する評価としての考察を行う。

The spread of the coronavirus, which has become a worldwide pandemic since 2020, has had a tremendous impact on the socio-economy and at the same time has brought about changes in the way student volunteer activities at universities. This paper reports on the implementation of the practice of online Japanese language lessons with Cambodia, a student volunteer activity started as one of the Civic Engagement Center projects during the period of the state of emergency considered to be a coronavirus disaster. Based on the mutual influence that occurred between the Cambodian and the student through this volunteer activity, this paper shows the students' self-awareness of cross-cultural understanding and the change in the way they perceive volunteer activities and discuss the results as an evaluation of the student volunteer activities practiced during the Corona Disaster.
